MAR MAR

Mar Mar is a singer, dancer, and performer with over 30 years in the entertainment industry. Raised in a religious home in Dayton, Ohio — her father a pastor — she got her start in praise and worship before honing her craft through years of teaching and living abroad, including in South Africa, where she learned traditional African dance. She blends those influences with her cheerleading roots and hip hop to create a style all her own, and performs off-Broadway with Broadway on the horizon.

Now based in Atlanta, Mar Mar brings her teaching background and performance experience together as a party motivator for b'nai mitzvahs and other celebrations — showing up as a warm, energetic presence who makes sure every kid has a great time.
